A Follow-Up to ‘The Off-Ramp’

‘The Off-Ramp’ was intended as commentary, written as an op-ed, not market analysis. It belongs in the Cara Community, which is what is being built now in the new billcara.com. Participants of the past 22 years have been missing comments from Baz, Kaimu, and others. In the near future, the Community is where members speak freely and where I do too. My paid publications remain what they have been: fact-based, and apolitical.
